  1. What is VarsityPix?

    Working in partnership with schools, coaches and players VarsityPix provides an online multimedia sports broadcast and photo account of high school athletic events that can be shared with friends, family and fans post-game via the Internet.

  2. How do I find my game?

    Click Home. Select your school. On your school page, select the sport and then the game you would like to view.

  3. Why isn't my school listed?

    Your school has not yet joined VarsityPix. Ask your coach or athletics director to contact us.

  4. Why isn't my sport listed?

    Sports are listed when there is a gallery to view. If your sport is not listed, there may not be a photographer yet available to take pictures of your games. Talk to your coach, team parent or Athletics Director. VarsityPix will work with your school to help identify photographers and get your sport's action up on VarsityPix.

  5. Why VarsityPix?

    VarsityPix provides an easy to use service for schools to present their sports and event photos online in a large format, high resolution slideshow. Photos are available for purchase, and a portion of the profit goes back to the school.

  6. Who can view the photos?

    All photos are available for public viewing, and anyone can view them.

  7. Can I share a slideshow with friends and family?

    Yes, we provide an option to email any slideshow to friends and family. Simply click the envelope button on the slideshow to send the show!

  8. How do I buy photos?

    Close the slideshow and scroll through the photos in the gallery. Find your favorite pictures and save them to your cart. There are a variety of picture sizes and delivery options available.

  9. When can I view game photos?

    Game photos are usually available for viewing 48 hours after the game.

  10. How long are the galleries actively stored?

    Galleries will be saved for one year.

  11. Can I download an image?

    No, photos are not available for download.

  12. I can't see the slideshow, what's wrong?

    If you can't view the slideshow, you may need to turn off your browser's pop-up blocker. Open your browser's preferences and allow this site to launch pop-ups.

  13. I have a question that's not on this list.

Coaches & Athletics Directors FAQs

  1. What is VarsityPix?

    Working in partnership with schools, coaches and players VarsityPix provides an online multimedia sports broadcast and photo account of high school athletic events that can be shared with friends, family and fans post-game via the Internet.

  2. Can every sport in the school participate?

    Any sport that has an authorized photographer can upload images.

  3. Who takes the pictures?

    Photographers who are approved by the school take the photos.

  4. How much of my time will be needed?

    Very little will be needed. Once you link your website to VarsityPix, your school's authorized photographers submit their photos to our website and we do the rest.

  5. What are the costs?

    There is no charge for the VarsityPix service. You agree to follow the guidelines in the VarsityPix Playbook, which you'll receive when you sign up.

  6. How do we get photographers?

    VarsityPix works with your school to identify photographers.

  7. Who can view our school's photos?

    All of your photos are available for public viewing, and anyone can view them.

  8. How quickly can I get this up and running for my school?

    A VarsityPix representative will be happy to discuss the program with you and help you sign up. Please email VarsityPix with your name, phone number and a good time to reach you and we'll get you up and running in no time.

Photographers FAQs

  1. What is VarsityPix?

    Working in partnership with schools, coaches and players VarsityPix provides an online multimedia sports broadcast and photo account of high school athletic events that can be shared with friends, family and fans post-game via the Internet.

  2. How do I become a photographer for my school or team?

    In order to upload images on VarsityPix, you must be approved by your school. Click here to Request Approval. You will be asked to provide your school affiliation(s), your name, phone number and email address.

    Once approved, VarsityPix will email you a temporary username and password which you will use to access and complete the registration process.

  3. Why do I need school approval? Do I need to be approved if the school already knows me?

    Approval is necessary as a safeguard for the school. This approval list also serves to advise coaches that you are approved and have reason to be in close proximity to their players and sports action.

  4. I am an approved photographer and I want to upload game photos. What do I do?

    In order to upload images on VarsityPix, you must be registered.

    If you are not yet registered: To register, click on the Join Us tab in either toolbar. Click "Register now". You will be instructed to enter the temporary username and password sent to you with your approval. Complete the registration form and log in.

    If you are registered: Click on the "Photographer Login" tab in the bottom toolbar. Enter your username and password. Once you are logged in, follow the prompts to upload your images. Your slideshow will usually be available for viewing within 24 hours.
